Nice home away from home.
Positive: Good location, although road in front of house was a very busy one. Walk to beach was a bit further if you take a wagon, impossible to take up and down the stairs at the closest entrance to beach.
Negative: The bugs in Florida.

Positive: Location near the beach.
Negative: It was not clean enough. The previous tenant left items in the dishwasher, and they were not put away. The bathroom exhaust grill was very dirty. But for the time we were there, it was not that important

Will definitely consider renting this house again.
Positive: Very easy check in, the location was great. Home was spacious and very clean. Everything needed was there. The property is newer and the space was excellent.
Negative: For our visit I have no complaints.
