Delightful
Positive: Beach was wonderful, walking distance, also nice fresh seafood mart 2 doors down. Completely fenced in backyard, very private.
Negative: A lot of traffic crossing over to beach side, very busy.

We had a great time and the location was short driving distance to places. However, we did not find it just a three minute walk to the beach unless you are power walking. It is close and definitely walking distance but more like ten minutes. I would definitely recommend it to friends and other family members.

Positive: Comfortable
Negative: Had an issue with the hall toilet after 3rd day there contacted property and was accused of breaking the toilet went a day and a half before I got it unclogged host was really rude.
