Bottom line - One bedroom is an OK place to stay for a weekend, but no more than 2 nights -- Positive: Beach access: Good location to drive onto beach; however it is a half mile walk from apartment to beach Negative: Don’t recommend 1 Bedroom for more than two nights Big difference between 1 bedroom apartment and 2 bedroom. Cons: No stove in 1 bedroom, no washer and dryer in 1 bedroom. No dish washer. No thermostat so no control of HVAC. Noisy. Minimal supplies. Beach access: Good location to drive onto beach; however it is a half mile walk from apartment to beach. Noise: if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. Gets loud around 630 in the morning due to the businesses below the apartment. Also thin walls and can hear other tenants talking. Parking: Parking area is shared with coffee and yoga shops. Parking can be difficult depending on time of day. Minimal Linens: Only two bath towels for a 2 week stay with no washer and dryer. No change of sheets. HVAC: You have no control over the HVAC in the apartment. You have to message the host and may take time before you hear back. There are also no ceiling fans (which would actually help immensely - esp in the summer time). Only had a noisy box fan. The description says: “well fitted Kitchen”. There is no kitchen. It is a wet bar with a hot plate. If you plan on cooking, you will it not do it here. No dishwasher.

A wonderful, private beach getaway Positive: Wonderful full apartment. A full kitchen for cooking, and nice dining area as well. Lots of closet space and even a desk. The location a few blocks from Butler Beach is unbeatable : )) Negative: Not being able to control the heat and A/C. Some noise issues.

Lovely, private beachside home away from home Positive: Wonderful self-contained apartment with everything one would need for a longer term stay. Lots of room and very comfortable. Negative: Everything worked out well.
